Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop
Delivery is free on orders over 2,000,000 VND
Fees for adjacent provinces and cities: Shipping fees at 30,000 VND.
Charges for city areas, Ho Chi Minh City: Customer requiring expedited delivery within 02 hours via Grab, Ahamove, etc. May arrange for thier own transportation or contact us for assis-tance. Shipping costs vary by location and time of day.
Standard Shipping
Delivery time begins after MsKÉN successfully confirms the order:
- City area: Ho Chi Minh City: From 1 – 2 days
- Other areas: district level or higher: From 3-7 days
For orders after 17:30 MsKÉN will confirm orders for customers on the following working day.
The forwarder will attempt delivery of the items to receiver up to three (3) times before alerting the recipient of the delivery failure; the customer will be responsible for the shipping price on the subsequent delivery.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or at the following work day. Orders via pre-payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment.
Cancel an order prior to delivery: To cancel a purchase, please call the hotline within two hours of the order being verified. There will be no cancellation costs. Once the package has been shipped, it cannot be refunded.
