Can I returns or exchanges an item?
After the order has been belivered, you may exchange or return it.
Within 24 hours of receiving the items purchased at MsKÉN, you may swap the item or ex-change for higher value item (additional payment for the difference incurred). Prior to initiat-ing the exchange, you should be aware of the following special requirements
What are the conditions of returns or exchanges?
- Product intact, original, unused condition, along with its boxes, accessories, purchase vouchers, warranty cards & promotional gifts (if any).
- Products must be accompanied by a receipt for the purchase. Goods are identified to be purchased at the MsKÉN (based on the purchase invoice and identification stamp affixed to the product)
- The goods was despatched to the incorrect customer order type
- Products are determined by technical error by MsKÉN, not due to external elements.
- Each product can only be exchanged once.
- The product is a full-priced product or a product with a discount rate of no more than 20 % for a promotion / bank card association; Not a gift / discount / voucher applies to the promotion.
Case of exception for returns or changes
- Past the deadline for exchanging.
- There are no purchase invoice.
- Labels, barcodes, packaging, containers, products are no longer in condition, used.
- Exchanged products are not in the store.
- The product has been modified, soiled, damaged, defective due to external influences after purchase; Details and accessories attached to the product are no longer intact.

Regulations on product price when exchaging
When the product is purchased at its full price in exchange for a discount, the purchase amount of the original product shall be determined to be equal to the discounted price for that product at that moment.
For example: A customer buys Product B at VND 1,000,000. That product has a discount of VND 800,000, the amount of money customers can buy when discounting the exchange of the Product is VND 800,000, not VND 1,000,000.
The products that are purchased during any discount program, if exchange after the promotion, will be applied the price during that promotion.
How do I returns or exchanges an item ordered via msken.com?
Please return and exchange products in thier original packaging along with tthebill, order code, receipt, and gift (if applicable) to MsKÉN.

Following receipt of the clinet’s products, MsKÉN will monitor and reply to the product handling process via the contact information (phone number, email address) provied by the customer.
Within 5-7 business day, defective products will be returned.
MsKÉN must receive returned products within 15 days of the date of succsessful delivery. We do no accept returns beyond 15 days of receipt.
